Employee Pulse & Engagement Tool
For TeamPulse, Ophir developed an engagement-tracking SaaS for HR teams. We built weekly pulse surveys, sentiment trend visualizations, and anonymous feedback features. Backend security implementations included JWT auth, session management, and secure audit trails. Ophir conducted risk analysis to design features preventing data exposure or malicious reporting. Ophir helped SurveyZen launch a survey platform with AI‑powered question generation and analysis. We built custom templates, branching logic, and interactive embeds. Our full-stack work included secure JWT auth, hashed response data, and strict GDPR compliance measures. We performed a full security audit, including SQL injection and XSS threat modeling. AI-Powered Documentation Tool
Clueso partnered with Ophir to accelerate the launch of their YC-backed AI screen recorder and documentation tool. We handled end-to-end platform development: from building the real-time recording engine with FFMPEG, to deploying the AI assistant that auto-generates documentation using NLP techniques. We implemented a robust permission model and SSO with OAuth 2.0 for enterprise clients. A multi-layered security audit and compliance review ensured SOC 2 readiness. Clueso’s product reached its first 10,000 users with zero critical vulnerabilities reported.
Language Learning AI Platform
At Ophir, we partnered with Univerbal to bring their conversational language-learning AI to life. Our team was responsible for designing and developing the entire web platform from scratch focusing on a frictionless user experience optimized for real-time voice interaction. We implemented a secure cloud infrastructure, leveraging WebSockets for smooth audio streaming and Firebase for real-time learning analytics. In addition to the core product build, we conducted a full penetration test and compliance audit to ensure GDPR and COPPA readiness. The result was a highly scalable platform that reached over 50,000 users within weeks of launch.
Analytics for SaaS Subscriptions
Ophir led the design and engineering of Metricster, an analytics platform tailored for SaaS startups. We implemented custom event tracking with real-time dashboards, Stripe and Paddle integration, and built a powerful metrics engine to display churn, MRR, and CAC trends. The front-end was crafted with TailwindCSS and Next.js for maximum performance. We also ran a comprehensive risk analysis and provided internal dev tools for debugging and monitoring. Metricster quickly became a go-to tool among bootstrapped founders.
